IMAX production in Israel
In December 2009 We have begun working on Jerusalem 3D IMAX - the first ever IMAX film to be produced in Israel. Highlight Films was chosen by the film producers - Cosmic Films and Arcane Pictures - to line-produce and manage the production of the film, which is one of the largest cinema projects ever to be produced in Israel.
During 2010 we have covered the majority of necessary research, and we have completed a comprehensive aerial filming session in Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, The Galilee and other areas of the Holy Land.
The superb format of IMAX film and the unparalleled professional performance of aerial director of photography Ron Goodman, have resulted in some of the most spectacular reels ever to be filmed in Israel.
In 2012 we have filmed on the ground for 10 weeks, filming the most spectacular events among Christians, Jews and Muslims in Jerusalem.
